I like that you can pick the time you want your dog walked. I also like that the staff is punctual and notify you if they’re running a few minutes behind. I have Vanessa as my dog walker. She is very gentle and patient with Teddy who is a senior and blind. She sends pictures and updates of him. Even told me when he had vomiting and diarrhea.
And if Teddy doesn’t feel like walking much she spends the rest of the time cuddling ☺️
Michael is also great!!!! I recently had a last minute emergency and had to cancel and he didn’t charge me. He’s very understanding and always willing to help.

One of our two dogs was a rescue and is very nervous. They calmed her down and got her on a leash we were able to get her outside. Thumping tails is terrific!
Update: we just had Thumping Tails care for our cat while we were out of town and, as expected, they were wonderful! I know I can trust them and they always do a great job. I'm so glad we have Mike and his crew to help out when we need them.
